App overview
When you log in to the app, you will see a standard overview of all types of devices connected to the SmartgridOne.
Click on the icons to view the details of the device type. (For example: click on the solar panel to go to an overview page of all connected solar panel inverters).

The production is a negative value, because the counter counts backwards.
Standard Items
The standard items you can find are:
- The mains / grid connection: Monitors your connection to the power grid
- The solar panel inverters: Shows your solar energy production
- The battery system: Displays battery status and energy storage
- The home / installation: Shows overall installation status
- The charging stations: Manages EV charging points
- The heat pumps, air conditioners and boilers: Controls heating and cooling systems
Navigation Options
Dropdown Menu
Another way to view the devices individually in more detail is to click on the dropdown menu at the top.
Icons are gray
When icons are gray, this indicates technologies that are not monitored and controlled because they are not connected.
Update Speed
The data on the overview screen is displayed in real time, at the highest available speed at which the SmartgridOne pushes data.
When you click through to the individual devices, the data is available at the quarter-hour level.
If you look at the quarter-hour data at the device level, you may notice that the "last update" shows a more recent time. This then shows the latest time of the real-time data for this device. This data is only included in the quarter-hour data later and therefore only visualized in the graph later.
Dropdown Menu
How the dropdown menu works: This menu allows you to select all available device categories.

EV Charging Schedule
You can set charging schedules for electric vehicles from the app. In the app, you can set rules per connector at each charging station, where a connected car must have charged a certain number of kilometers or kWh since the last time it was connected:
- A fixed time on fixed days of the week
- At a fixed time and date
The next set rule is always taken into account. If no more rules are set, the vehicle is charged until it is full.
How Quickly Does the Data Update?
The data on the overview screen is displayed in real time, at the highest available speed at which the SmartgridOne pushes data.
When you click through to the individual devices, the data is available at the quarter-hour level.
If you look at the quarter-hour data at the device level, you may notice that the "last update" shows a more recent time. This then shows the latest time of the real-time data for this device. This data is only included in the quarter-hour data later and therefore only visualized in the graph later.
Planning
The planning has two parts. It shows the planning for consumption and return to the grid connection, and in addition it gives a forecast of the energy prices.

Planning of Consumption and Return to the Grid Connection
There are two graphs:
- One for the grid connection without control
- One with control by the SmartgridOne
If the graph is negative, there is a return. If it is positive, there is a consumption.
Energy Prices
The energy prices shown are the prices that the SmartgridOne used based on the price parameters that you can specify in the "Settings" menu. These can be e.g. energy prices from day-ahead EPEX sports market, but also from the API of your energy supplier (if supported).
Note that the SmartgridOne distinguishes by default between purchase and sales prices. These can be different depending on your type of energy contract.
Add controller
Via the menu "Add controller" you can register a new SmartgridOne in the app under the account you are logged in with. To do this, enter the serial number and the verification code that you can find on the label of the SmartgridOne.

Controller Configuration
You can access the commissioning interface of the SmartgridOne from within the app. To do this, select the "Controller Configuration" menu. In a web browser, the commissioning interface will open.
If the controller interface is not displayed, check whether your SmartgridOne is switched on and online.
Settings
On this page you can change the settings of your SmartgridOne, such as energy prices and control modes.
The available settings correspond one-to-one with the available settings in the commissioning interface of the SmartgridOne. Please refer to the relevant chapters of the manual for these options.
For an end user, the setting options are more limited.

Manual
You can access the full manual via the "Manual" menu.
User Management
In this tab you can give others access to your SmartgridOne. You do this by adding an email address and pressing enter.

Global settings
The "Global Settings" menu may not be available depending on the supplier of your SmartgridOne and the account rights you have.
Under the "Global Settings" menu, the color schemes and visibility of some of the app's menus can be configured.
Account Settings
In the account settings menu you can change your username and password.
It is highly recommended that you use your email address as your username. If you do not do this and forget your password, it will not be possible to recover your password
